Copywriting
We create ads and advertorials, mailings, brochures, operation manuals and content for websites. We can rely on more than fifteen years of experience both in marketing and technical documentation.
We are not interested in “branding” our work, i.e we don’t follow a “house style”, but rather adapt the style of your existing documents.
Editing
Often, you’ll find that existing documents e.g. from R&D are too brief, too technical or too complex to use them for marketing purposes. In this case, we can offer a sound alternative to re-inventing the wheel: We will condense or complement, summarize, streamline and modularize existing documents (i.e., slice them into re-usable modules for various target formats), saving you both time and money in the process.
Translation
When it comes to translating ads, brochures, manuals and websites, you’ll benefit from the experience we have gained working for the software industry since 1985. Digital technology and the terminology describing it is our business – that’s why the translations we produce will be both correct and comprehensible. Especially when translating ads, we have repeatedly demonstrated that we are able to “transpose” both the tonality and relevant statements from the source to the target language.

We keep deadlines, and we also work reliably under pressure. We can edit and produce documents in all major formats.
We are used to working closely with our customers’ R&D and marketing departments or with external agencies.
Upon request, we will validate product features as described in the manual based on a product unit/software copy provided by the client, thus minimizing errors and inconsistencies.
Our rates: sound value for money
Translation fees are based on the length of the original text as provided by the client – this way you’ll know exactly how much you’ll pay as soon as we receive the text.
Rates for copywriting are based either on text length, or we will work out a fixed price.
